Daniel Kawczynski is a former Member of Parliament with nearly two decades of experience at the heart of UK politics. Known as “The Secret Ambassador”, he has travelled to almost 100 countries to promote British interests, leading high-level parliamentary delegations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His extensive diplomatic connections and insider knowledge of Westminster make him uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between policymakers and businesses. With a professional network spanning multiple continents, Daniel brings unparalleled expertise in political strategy, diplomacy, and international relations to LBDA.

Khaled A. Elabbar
Khaled A. Elabbar is an experienced executive with a strong track record in commercial strategy, investment, and education leadership. With over five years in the commercial and investment sector and more than eleven years in the education field, he has successfully overseen projects that connect private enterprise with strategic growth opportunities. Khaled’s work has spanned international education management, business development, and cross-border investment, giving him a unique perspective on fostering UK–Libya partnerships. At LBDA, he leads on operations, stakeholder engagement, and building practical bridges between businesses, policymakers, and investors.
